At Sun and Moon Natural Skincare, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into each jar of our tallow products. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care items, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sunmoonskin@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Items returned without prior approval
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues once an order has been shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery concerns.
